Why should I enter my email address when buying a ticket online
It is essential to enter a correct email address when you are buying a ticket online because you will receive your tickets on this email. The process is completely automated.
After you pay your tickets, you will receive a secret code. Please, remember this code and the date of your booking. You will need these details in case you do not receive an additional email.

How can I use the tickets?
When you get to Dolphinarium Varna on the day of the show, the barcode on your ticket will be detected by electronic readers. Printing your tickets is not required. The code could be read from your smartphone. Please, make sure to zoom it approximately to the size of 5x2 cm.
How will I receive the tickets?
- After you have paid your tickets, you will be automatically redirected to our website and you will receive a secret code. Please, remember this code as well as the booking date. You will need these details in case you do not receive an additional email.
- You will receive an email with a pdf file attached containing your tickets. Sometimes our emails are automatically considered SPAM. Please, check your SPAM folder in case you haven’t received the tickets in your Inbox.
I haven’t received an email. What should I do?
- Please visit our website and click on the little shopping cart in the upper right corner of the page.
- Then, on the first line, enter the booking date, e.g. 17.12.2019. On the second line, enter your secret code. The secret code looks like this: d8rda5de98
- Click on “Print tickets”
- You will see each of your tickets as a separate pdf file.
I haven’t received an email or a secret code, while the amount has been withdrawn from my card. What should I do?
In such cases, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and the email address you have previously used as well as the number of tickets you have purchased. Then, we will resend you a secret code.
I want to reschedule my tickets for another date/time. What should I do?
In such cases, please send us an email at email@example.com with your name and the email address which you have used when purchasing your tickets. Please also indicate the new date/time. We will send you a confirmation email.
